Elton Potts

Elton Potts serves as President and Chief Operating Officer at Recall. With vast experience in financial and operational leadership, Elton’s role as COO spans day-to-day company functions as well as responsibility for global performance. Elton’s focus is on ensuring the ongoing status of Recall as the leading solution provider for information management globally, delivering you quality document storage solutions.
Elton was formerly Senior Vice President/Asset Management for CHEP USA, and established a track record of proven results including double-digit, gross margin cost improvements as well as major advancements in on-time performance, safety standards and service excellence. He has also been instrumental in channeling new sales efforts, creating asset recovery programs and devising new methods of production. Elton’s experience also includes 10 years with Newell Rubbermaid and six years with Owens-Corning Fiberglas.
Elton holds an MBA from Capital University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Management from Clemson University.
Jose DaSilva

Jose DaSilva serves as the President of Recall Australia & New Zealand (ANZ). He comes to Recall with an impressive background in growing profitable businesses through operational efficiency and increasing revenue. Jose’s efforts contribute to greater efficiencies for you in protecting and accessing your information when you use Recall for your information management needs.
During 10 years at CHUBB – a global provider of security services – Jose’s roles included National Operations Manager, in which he was responsible for the management of over 5,000 employees and significant revenues.
Jose then moved to PMP Limited, an integrated provider of printed communications solutions, with a field staff of over 11,000 employees. He served as Australia’s National Operations Manager before becoming National General Manager, Direct Marketing. He was responsible for significant growth in the business through the introduction of new products and expansion into new markets.
Jose holds a Bachelor of Construction Management from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. He also attended the Melbourne Business School and participated in the Executive Leadership Program.
Andy Davis

Andy Davis has played a variety of key roles within the organization. Initially, Andy served as the Operations Director for Australasia where he was charged with driving operational performance, efficiency and safety. This included targets for streamlining information processes for you as a client – allowing maximisation of your information management systems.
Thereafter, in addition to his appointment as General Manager of Strategy, Sales and Marketing, Andy assumed the role of Integration Director for the acquisition and integration of AUSDOC – an information management company. Today, as a regional President, Andy utilizes his knowledge of the industry and his experience within Recall to manage, supervise and lead Recall’s Asia offices to financial and operational success.
Prior to joining Recall, Andy worked in the petrochemical industry for 12 years, both as a professional engineer and as a manager of several major engineering service organizations. After emigrating to Australia in 2000 and having completed an MBA at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management in Sydney, Andy managed an engineering company in Sydney before joining Recall in 2004.
Trace Norton

Trace Norton joined Recall in 2008 as President of Recall Europe. Trace leads 1,300 Recall employees in 10 European countries. He is a leader in the efforts to integrate information management processes across Europe to deliver to our customers peace of mind and confidence in their records management.
Trace spent 9 successful years at CHEP, Recall’s sister company - a pallet and container pooling company. Trace held various positions in finance, sales, customer service, and business integration. As Vice President, Integration, Trace centralized and standardized the company’s finance and administration functions, and as Senior Vice President, Containers, he implemented a profitability turnaround plan and developed a pan Europe strategy for the retail division. Prior to CHEP, Trace served as CFO of the retail portion of the RMC Group in the UK.
Trace obtained his professional accountancy qualification at Sandwell College of Commerce and Technology and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
Mark Wesley

As President, North America, Mark leads an organisation of more than 2,000 members spanning the US, Canada and Mexico. In this position, Mark focuses on customer satisfaction, top-line growth and strong operational execution.
Mark joined Recall in February of 2002 as the General Manager of the Document Management Services division across North America. He grew this division significantly while improving margins and customer service. Mark also served as Vice President, Operations for North America, where he drove improvements in cost controls, safety and quality across all service lines. Before taking on his current role, Mark was President of Recall’s Australia/New Zealand business, where he managed 1,000 employees across all service lines and functions.
Prior to coming to Recall, Mark acted as a supply chain consultant with A.T. Kearney, worked in senior account management positions with The Coca-Cola Company and held senior management roles with ICG Commerce. He also served for five years as a Logistics Officer in the United States Marine Corps.
Mark holds a B.S. degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania.
Allison Aden

Chief Financial Officer Allison Aden came to Recall from LNR Property Corporation, a real estate investment and management company, where she was the Chief Financial Officer overseeing financial analysis and resource management for the company’s $1.5 billion asset division. Her expertise sees processes that give you the best chance to achieve positive bottom line results from your information management solutions.
Allison began her career as an Accountant and Auditor for a military aircraft company and Senior Financial Analyst for the world’s number one issuer of credit cards. She then joined Spectrum Emergency Care as Operations Manager and Controller. Her next role as Senior Manager of Financial Analysis at Medaphis Corporation (now Per-Se Technologies) tested her commercial skills in providing financial sales support for prospective clients. Next, she served as Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Vanstar Corporation - a leader in computer services - supervising all financial and accounting processes with a staff of approximately 200 people. As Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer for PRG-Schultz International, Inc. Allison provided fiscal guidance in global strategic planning and resource management.
Allison is an active CPA with a BSBA in Finance and an MBA from the University of Missouri.
Christian Coenen

Christian Coenen has held a number of instrumental roles with Recall Corporation before being appointed to the newly created role of Vice President, Sales and Marketing.
In 2000, Christian joined Recall as Sales and Marketing Manager of France then quickly moved into Operations Management roles where he implemented global safety initiatives, further standardised operating procedures, improved profitability and increased responsiveness to customer orders. In 2002, Christian was promoted to General Manager of Sales and Marketing for Europe to reorganize sales policies and strategies within a global framework. Christian was then named General Manager of France. In this role, Christian designed and implemented a strategic plan that turned -$10M EVA into positive performance in roughly three and a half years.
Christian’s previous experience includes regional, national and large account sales positions with Danka France and Eastman Kodak Group.
Peter Dumoulin

Peter Dumoulin joined Recall as its vice president of human resources in 2004. Serving as a business partner with Recall’s executive team, Peter is charged with increasing motivation and excellence among Recall’s 4,500+ team members, located in more than 20 countries across five continents.
Peter was formerly with Brambles Industrial Services where he served as the director of human resources for Brambles Industrial Services global business. Prior to his time at Brambles, Peter held human resources positions with ICI, a British chemical multinational, Group Van Roey-Franki and PPG Refinish. He received his degree in psychology from the University Leuven in Belgium, with a special emphasis in industrial and personnel psychology.
Kathleen Harris

Kathleen Harris is Vice President and General Counsel of Recall. She is responsible for Recall’s global legal functions, including employment law, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, litigation, real estate, intellectual property, and regulatory matters. Kathy is a member of Recall’s global leadership team, and is a direct report to the President and Chief Operating Officer.
Prior to joining Recall in July 2008, Kathy was Managing Director in the Office of General Counsel at Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. in New York where she led the firm’s Compliance Practices Group, managed its Electronic Discovery Initiative and founded its Discovery & Regulatory Response Team. Kathy brings extensive legal, compliance and process improvement experience to Recall. During eleven years at General Electric Company in its GE Capital and GE Energy divisions, Kathy served in legal and compliance leadership roles domestically and globally, and lived abroad while supporting businesses in Asia and Europe. She is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt – skilled in identifying and removing defects in business processes – becoming an organisational expert in this regard by completing Black-Belt training.
Kathy began her career as a corporate attorney at Weil, Gotshal in New York City.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor degree from Cornell University.
Jason Molfetas

With more than 25 years in the IT industry, Jason Molfetas brings vast experience to his position at Recall. As a direct report to the President and Chief Operating Officer, Jason leads a global IT team responsible for strategic and tactical planning, development, evaluation and coordination of information technology systems for Recall worldwide. Jason also has a key role in devising ways in which technology can be used as a tool to provide responsive and timely results for Recall’s customers.
Before joining Recall, Jason served as Chief Information Officer at Westcon Group. Prior to that, he held global executive positions at Xerox Engineering Systems and Pearson Technologies, PLC. His career also includes experience with other multinational organizations such as Pepsi Cola, Dannon Inc. and Unisys.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Pace University and an MBA degree in marketing from Fordham University.
