Formerly Senior Vice President/Asset Management for CHEP USA, Elton Potts now serves as President and Chief Operating Officer at Recall. With vast experience in financial and operational leadership, Elton’s role as COO spans day-to-day company functions as well as responsibility for global performance.
Elton’s track record of proven results at CHEP USA includes double-digit, gross margin cost improvements as well as major advancements in on-time performance, safety standards and service excellence. He has also been instrumental in channelling new sales efforts, creating asset recovery programs and devising new methods of production.
In addition to CHEP, Elton’s prior experience includes 10 years with Newell Rubbermaid and six years with Owens-Corning Fiberglas. Elton holds an MBA from Capital University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Management from Clemson University.
Allison Aden

Chief Financial Officer, Allison Aden came to Recall from LNR Property Corporation, a real estate investment and management company, where she was the Chief Financial Officer overseeing financial analysis and resource management for the company’s $1.5 billion asset division.
Allison began her career as an Accountant and Auditor for a military aircraft company and Senior Financial Analyst for, at that time, the world’s number one issuer of credit cards. She then joined Spectrum Emergency Care as Operations Manager and Controller. Her next role as Senior Manager of Financial Analysis at Medaphis Corporation (now Per-Se Technologies) tested her commercial skills in providing financial sales support for prospective clients. Next, she served as Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Vanstar Corporation (a leader in computer services), supervising all financial and accounting processes with a staff of approximately 200 people. As Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer for PRG-Schultz International, Inc. Allison provided fiscal guidance in global strategic planning and resource management.
In addition to her busy role, Allison is an active CPA with a BSBA in Finance and an MBA from the University of Missouri.
Jason Molfetas

With more than 25 years in the IT industry, Jason Molfetas brings vast experience and credibility to his position at Recall. As a direct report to the President and Chief Operating Officer, Jason leads a global IT team responsible for strategic and tactical planning, development, evaluation and coordination of information technology systems for Recall worldwide. Because of Recall’s fundamental corporate commitment to operational efficiency, Jason also has a key role in devising ways in which technology can be used as a tool to provide timely and successful results for Recall and its customers.
Before joining Recall, Jason served as Chief Information Officer at Westcon Group. Prior to that, he held global executive positions at Xerox Engineering Systems and Pearson Technologies, PLC. His career also includes experience with other multinational organisations such as Pepsi Cola, Dannon Inc. and Unisys.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Pace University and an MBA degree in marketing from Fordham University.
Kathleen Harris

Kathleen Harris is Vice President and General Counsel of Recall. She is responsible for Recall’s global legal functions, including employment law, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, litigation, real estate, intellectual property, and regulatory matters. Kathy is a member of Recall’s global leadership team, and is a direct report to the President and Chief Operating Officer.
Prior to joining Recall in July 2008, Kathy was Managing Director in the Office of General Counsel at Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. in New York where she led the firm’s Compliance Practices Group, managed its Electronic Discovery Initiative and founded its Discovery & Regulatory Response Team. Kathy brings extensive legal, compliance and process improvement experience to Recall. During eleven years at General Electric Company in its GE Capital and GE Energy divisions, Kathy served in legal and compliance leadership roles domestically and globally, and lived abroad while supporting businesses in Asia and Europe. She is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and completed Black-Belt training leading acquisition integration projects.
Kathy began her career as a corporate attorney at Weil, Gotshal in New York City.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor degree from Cornell University.
Mark Wesley

Mark Wesley currently serves as President of Recall’s Australia/New Zealand business, where he manages 1,000 employees across all service lines and functions. Mark came to Recall in February of 2002 as the General Manager of the Document Management Services (DMS) division across North America. In this role, he grew the division significantly while improving margins and customer service. Mark also served as Vice President, Operations for North America, where he drove improvements in cost controls, safety and quality across all service lines.
Prior to coming to Recall, Mark acted as a supply chain consultant with A.T. Kearney, worked in senior account management positions with The Coca-Cola Company and held senior management roles with ICG Commerce. He also served for five years as a Logistics Officer in the United States Marine Corps.
Mark holds a B.S. degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania.
Mikael Norin

Mikael Norin joined Recall in 2004 as President, Recall Europe, and was appointed President, Recall Americas in March 2008. Mikael heads an organisation of over 2,000 team members, spanning four countries - Brazil, Canada, Mexico and the USA. In his position, Mikael focuses on customer satisfaction, top-line growth, and strong operational execution. He also serves as a member of Recall’s global leadership team.
Mikael brings a wealth of experience leading global organisations to Recall. He previously served as senior vice president in ABB’s power systems business area. During his 14-year tenure at ABB, a global leader in power and automation technologies, Mikael held various positions in project management, sales and marketing and in general management. He also served as regional manager for ABB’s Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining ABB, Mikael was with Kockum Sonics AB, a Swedish engineering company.
Mikael is an electrical engineer and has a degree in international business administration from Lund University. Of Swedish nationality, Mikael is currently based in Norcross.
Andy Davis

Andy Davis has advanced at Recall after playing a variety of key roles within the organisation. Initially, Andy served as the Operations Director for Australasia where he was charged with driving operational performance, efficiency and safety. Thereafter, in addition to his appointment as General Manager of Strategy, Sales and Marketing, Andy assumed the role of Integration Director for the acquisition and integration of AUSDOC, Recall’s then most prominent competitor in Australia. Today, as a regional President, Andy utilizes his knowledge of the industry and his experience within Recall to manage, supervise and lead Recall’s Asia offices to financial and operational success.
Prior to joining Recall, Andy worked in the petrochemical industry for 12 years, both as a professional engineer and as a manager of several major engineering service organisations. After emigrating to Australia in 2000 and having completed an MBA at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management in Sydney, Andy managed an engineering company in Sydney before joining Recall in 2004.
Trace Norton

Trace Norton joined Recall in 2008 as President, Recall Europe, after 9 successful years at CHEP, Recall’s sister company. Trace leads 1,300 Recall employees in our 10 European countries.
During this time at CHEP, a pallet and container pooling company, Trace held various positions in finance, sales, customer service, and business integration. As Vice President, Integration, Trace centralized and standardized the company’s finance and administration functions, and as Senior Vice President, Containers, he implemented a profitability turnaround plan and developed a pan Europe strategy for the retail division. Prior to CHEP, Trace served as CFO of the retail portion of the RMC Group in the UK.
Trace obtained his professional accountancy qualification at Sandwell College of Commerce and Technology and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
