TWO COMPANIES,
ONE MINDSET

As you may know, the publicised acquisition of Recall and its wholly owned subsidiaries, by Iron Mountain Inc, was successfully completed on 2 May 2016. We can further advise that the Australian company, Recall Information Management Pty Ltd changed its name to Iron Mountain Australia Group Pty Ltd (IMAG) on 3 May 2016. 

We also confirm that from the acquisition date, a related entity of IMAG, Iron Mountain Australia Group Services Pty Ltd (ABN 19 079 495 346) (IMAGS) will now undertake the provision of all non-retention related services under your service agreement(s) with IMAG. This is purely an internal arrangement between two related entities, and we can assure you that there will be no change to your day to day dealings, including billing, CARE and other account management services and IMAG will continue to be responsible for meeting all obligations under your service agreement(s). 

What does this mean for you? 

All day-to-day enquires and service requests should be directed through the existing channels that you currently use today. We can assure you that there will be no change to your day to day dealings, including Billing, Customer Care and other Account Management services. Please note the below:
